FIRST STEP - ORDER YOUR BAG(S)

  1. Determine many how bag(s) you need and for how long
  2. Create an account
  3. Order your bags

At this time we require reservations be placed 8 business days in advance of the day you need your luggage.

TIPS:

Book for at least two days longer than your trip. You'll want an extra day to pack and an extra day to unpack.

We do not recommend a carry-on for trips longer than 4 nights.

SECOND STEP - RECEIVE YOUR BAG(S)

You will receive periodic notifications about the status of your order

When you get your luggage, you will receive:

Cardboard Box - contains luggage, do not destroy or give to your cat, you will need to return the luggage in this box

Plastic Bag - this bag contains your invoice and other instructions. We highly encourage you to use this bag to store any liquids or wet / dirty things when traveling

Luggage Tag - We provide a luggage tag for you to use on your trip. Once this trip is over, you are free to keep the tag to label other items that might roll away.

TIP:

There are instructions inside the documentation plastic bag for return of your luggage, you'll want to keep these for when you return.


THIRD STEP - GO ON YOUR TRIP

We hope that you have a great trip and that our luggage meets your every need, well those needs that a suitcase can meet...

While you are traveling and taking amazing pictures to share with the world, please remember to tag us when sharing your memories on Instagram.

If we like your picture enough, we might ask to use it on our website.

TIP:

If a cab driver in Bangkok says he works in a foreign embassy and offers to drive you to interesting places with great deals, he's conning you.


FOURTH STEP - RETURN YOUR LUGGAGE

What a great trip! Now that you're home, it's time to return your luggage. Please follow the return instructions provided when you received your bag(s). If you have any questions, please contact the Customer Service.

Did you make an oops?

If for any reason you need the bag(s) longer than planned, please let us know. We will charge the daily rate of your current rental for any extra days. If you do not contact us and keep it longer than 10 days after your rental, we will charge your card on file twice the retail price of the bag(s).

TIP:

The luggage tag is yours to keep!
